This time we would like to share a typical case study of one of our customers who is associated with us since the year 2002 and how we solved a big problem with a small step. They are in the business of good grade thickeners, natural gums, and paper gums with aggressive marketing plans they started exporting their products to more than 70 countries including advanced countries and developing countries like USA, UK, China, Germany, France, Australia, and others. Customer is highly satisfied with our services and has grown their business many times in these two decades through various digital marketing services which includes SEO & different types of Google paid ads. In 2019 during a review meeting, they addressed the following issues –

1. Numbers of inquiries are stagnant

For a few months, there was no progress in the number of inquiries they were getting even though the number of visitors was increasing.

2. Less number of visitors through mobile devices

Generally one gets more visitors through mobile devices than desktop, in this case, they were getting very less visitors through mobile devices.

3. Less number of inquiries in percentage from mobile devices

The percentage ratio from desktop to mobile was very less for inquiries; there was a remarkable difference in the ratio.

4. Client’s complaint about website speed
